This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mice, Headphones, or Controllers, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
